It’s a great time to join Validaitor. We’re now looking for our Marketing Lead to build and scale our marketing engine from the ground up. If you’re a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and passionate about product marketing in the AI space — we’d love to meet you. This role is remote within Germany. Please note that we can’t sponsor Visa at this moment. Hence the application is only open to candidates who already have valid work permit in Germany

Responsibilities

• Own and build the marketing function from scratch — strategy, execution, and optimization.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our self-serve platform and enterprise offerings.

• Drive product marketing initiatives: positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

• Create and manage demand generation campaigns to attract marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

• Build and optimize digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, content, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Founders to align marketing with business goals.

• Set up and manage marketing analytics to measure performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or Head of Marketing in a B2B SaaS or product company.

• Strong background in product marketing and demand generation.

• Experience with self-serve platforms and growth marketing is a big plus.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude — you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives.

• Familiarity with AI, ML, or compliance tech is a bonus (but not required).

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
