Validaitor, Deloitte and Osborne Clarke Launch Joint EU AI Act Workshop Series

The adoption of AI across industries is accelerating, while the regulatory landscape is becoming increasingly complex. With the EU AI Act introducing new obligations for organizations that develop, deploy, procure, or oversee AI systems, many companies are looking for practical guidance on how to translate regulatory requirements into effective governance and operational practices.

To support this need, Validaitor, Osborne Clarke, and Deloitte are launching a joint series of in-person and online workshops starting in 23 September 2026, aimed at helping organizations navigate the evolving AI regulatory landscape and address broader AI governance challenges.

The workshops will bring together expertise from the fields of AI governance, law, regulation, risk management, and business transformation to provide a practical and multidisciplinary perspective on responsible AI adoption.

Beyond examining the requirements of the EU AI Act, the sessions will explore key topics such as:

  • Building and operationalizing AI governance frameworks

  • Managing AI-related risks across the organization

  • Roles and responsibilities for AI oversight

  • Documentation, transparency, and accountability practices

  • Integrating compliance into AI development and procurement processes

  • Preparing for regulatory and market expectations around trustworthy AI

A particular focus will be placed on the ongoing implementation of the EU AI Act.

Over the coming year, a number of harmonised European standards and implementation guidelines are expected to be published, providing organizations with greater clarity on how compliance can be demonstrated in practice. Workshop participants will receive insights into these developments, their practical implications, and the steps organizations can take today to prepare for forthcoming requirements.

Our objective is not simply to discuss regulation, but to create a forum where organizations can better understand emerging expectations, exchange experiences, and develop practical approaches to governing AI responsibly and effectively.

Additional information regarding dates, locations, and registration will be announced in the coming weeks. You can check out this page regularly to stay informed about the workshops and register.

We look forward to welcoming professionals from across Europe—and particularly Germany—to join the conversation on the future of AI governance and regulatory readiness.
